The Shimmerwood
Winding Paths Constructed out of the very boughs of the gigantic oak-like trees that surround the Inner Sanctum and make up the Shimmerwood, these winding paths are the preferred place for meetings and trysts between the Servants. Inner Sanctum An enormous coliseum of pure white marble, the Inner Sanctum is simply row upon row of arched marble and enclaves, topped by an amazing work of art in stained glass in every colour imaginable - and the light always shines here. Mirrorpools A fantastic array of pools - both hot and cold - lays at the end of a large waterfall reaching all the way up into the stars. If one looks up, one could see the stars into infinity - and the various planets orbiting them. The pools themselves have amazing colours, usually bright blue and aqua, that draw the eye immediately. Hell
Midnight Bog A seeping, smelly bog surrounds the Witheringplace, much like a moat - it is there to deter trespassers, and little else, as no one else wants to go into it, preferring instead to meet and tryst at the Sulfuric Pools. But Amora's hold has one up on Aris's - the Midnight Bog can be navigated without someone leading them through it, unlike the Winding Paths, due to the Midnight Bog's lack of holy power. Witheringplace Like the name proclaims, Aris's power withers the resolve and inner strength of all who enter here - which is perfect, seeing how much she wants power over everyone, and the more inner strength someone has, the less she's able to control them. Sulfuric Pools Within the caverns - all of Hell being hidden from the sky through one way or another - there are a set of catacombs underneath the Witheringplace, where Hellhounds can go to talk or tryst, but the area is full of unpleasant-smelling sulfuric pools - though the smell might eventually remind some of "home"..
